PETTY Purpose

At PETTY, we believe that beauty should never come at the cost of compassion. Our mission is to challenge the status quo of the beauty industry by unapologetically advocating for cruelty-free practices, ethical standards, and the end of animal testing — all while centering BIPOC voices and youth-led change.

We exist to amplify bold, conscious beauty — where activism meets artistry, and integrity is always in style. Through education, campaigns, and cultural impact, PETTY empowers a generation to redefine what it means to be beautiful: honest, loud, inclusive, and kind.

We’re not just here to make noise — we’re here to make history.
This is more than a movement. It’s a pact.

Make it iconic. Make it ethical. Make it PETTY.

Meet the Founder

Roy Blair Pan — founder of PETTY Pact and a 15-year-old activist, artist, and visionary based in Rockland County, New York.

I created PETTY because I believe that beauty should never be built on silence, shame, or suffering. Growing up passionate about the arts, performance, and self-expression, I saw firsthand how the beauty industry often fails to protect the most vulnerable — from animals subjected to testing, to BIPOC youth left out of the narrative.

PETTY is my way of rewriting that story. It’s a movement powered by purpose, unapologetically Gen Z, and committed to impact. I’m not waiting to grow up to make a difference — and neither should you.

This isn’t just about cruelty-free makeup or calling out injustice. It’s about claiming space, building community, and creating something that lasts.

Join us. Be PETTY.
